1. The Promoter
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all promotional games, prize promotions, free draws, instant win games, spins, plays, reveals, site credits, giveaways and related promotions operated by Prime Competitionz Limited trading as Prime Competitions (the "Promoter", "Company", "Prime Competitions", "we", "our" or "us") through the website https://primecompetitions.com, any mobile application operated by us, and any associated platform, page, social media channel or promotional channel operated by us (together, the "Platform").
1.2 By creating an account, purchasing or receiving Entries, submitting Free Entries, using Credits, entering or playing any Game, taking part in any Spin, Play, Reveal, giveaway, instant win, Final Draw or other Promotion, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions apply to the Platform as a whole. Additional rules, product descriptions, prize pages, promotional information, entry limits, deadlines, Ticket allocations, Spin allocations, Game instructions and product-specific rules displayed on the Platform will also apply to the relevant Promotion or Game. If there is any conflict, the specific Promotion or Game information will apply only to that Promotion or Game, unless these Terms state otherwise.
1.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
2. Nature of the Platform
2.1 Prime Competitions operates a promotional games and prize platform. Participants may receive Entries, Tickets, Spins, Plays, Reveals or other participation mechanisms. Prime Games are intended to be chance-based promotional products, with Prize outcomes determined by the relevant Game mechanic, randomised or pre-determined allocation process, prize pool, reveal mechanic, instant win process or Final Draw.
2.2 Where a product is described as a Game, instant win game, Spin To Win, Loot Spin, Pinata, Reveal, free draw, prize promotion or similar mechanic, the outcome is intended to be determined wholly by chance through randomised selection, randomised prize allocation, pre-determined winning Entries, prize pools, the four-drum Final Draw mechanism or equivalent fair chance-based Game mechanics.
2.3 The customer-facing act of entering or playing a Game does not give the participant any skill-based control, strategic control, timing advantage or decision-making influence over the outcome. Once an Entry, Ticket, Spin, Play, Reveal or other participation mechanism has been allocated, the winning outcome is determined exclusively by the relevant chance-based Game mechanic, instant allocation process or Final Draw.
2.4 Prime Competitions does not operate licensed casino gambling, betting, gaming premises, licensed lotteries or society lotteries. The Platform is structured as a promotional prize and games platform using free-entry routes, chance-based Game mechanics, randomised promotional allocation processes, pre-determined winning allocations and product-specific eligibility requirements where applicable. You should not use the Platform if participation would be unlawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Key Definitions
Account: means a registered Prime Competitions user account.
Promotion: means any promotional product, prize promotion, free draw, Game, giveaway, instant win, Spin, Play, Reveal or other promotion operated by the Promoter on the Platform.
Game: means any Prime promotional game or product page through which participants may enter, purchase, receive or use Entries, Tickets, Spins, Plays, Reveals or equivalent participation mechanisms. A Game may award prizes instantly, by allocation, by reveal, by prize pool, or by a Final Draw, with the relevant Prize outcome intended to be determined wholly by chance rather than by participant skill, knowledge, judgment or ability.
Entry: means a valid entry into a Promotion or Game, whether obtained by paid online entry, free postal entry, promotional allocation, Credit, bonus or another method authorised by the Promoter.
Ticket: means an entry number, entry token, entry identifier or allocation attached to an Entry. A Ticket is not money, has no cash value and does not guarantee a Prize.
Spin, Play or Reveal: means a spin, play, reveal, opening, scratch, interaction or equivalent Game mechanic such as Spin To Win, Loot Spin, Pinata or another promotional game mechanic.
Final Draw: means the final random winner selection process for a Game or Promotion where the winning Entry, number or entry identifier is selected using the four-drum air-powered draw machine or another fair randomised selection method authorised by the Promoter.
Prize: means any prize, reward, Credit, item, cash alternative or benefit described on the Platform and awarded in accordance with these Terms.
Prize Winner: means an entrant whose valid Entry is selected or allocated as a winning Entry and who successfully completes all verification requirements.
Paid Entry: means an Entry obtained online by payment, use of Credits or another value-based route authorised by the Promoter.
Free Entry: means an Entry submitted by the free postal entry route described in these Terms and on the Platform.
Promotion Period: means the period during which a Promotion or Game is open, as stated on the Platform.
Platform: means the website, app and any associated Prime Competitions promotional channel.
4. Prime Products and Games
4.1 Prime Competitions may operate one or more of the following products. The exact Game mechanic, Prize, price, entry limit, Final Draw date, closing date and any extra conditions will be shown on the relevant product page.
Chance-Based Prize Games: promotional Games where the Prize outcome is determined wholly by chance and a Prize Winner is selected randomly from all valid Entries, usually through a Final Draw.
Free Draws and Giveaways: free Promotions where prizes may be awarded without purchase, subject to the stated eligibility rules.
Instant Win Games: promotional Games where prizes are allocated through chance-based mechanics, including instant allocation, automatic allocation, random allocation or pre-determined winning Entries, subject to verification.
Spin To Win, Loot Spin, Pinatas and Similar Games: promotional Game mechanics where an entrant receives one or more Spins, Plays, openings or Reveals and the outcome is allocated by the Platform system on a chance basis using the mechanic described on the Platform.
Reveal, Scratch, Treasure, Mystery Box, Bonus and Seasonal Games: promotional Game mechanics where the participant receives a displayed result allocated by the Platform system or an equivalent fair chance-based process.
Site Credits and Promotional Credits: non-cash credits that may be used only on eligible Platform products unless expressly stated otherwise.
Future Products: additional promotional products, Games, rewards, subscriptions, memberships, loyalty schemes or promotional mechanics introduced from time to time.
5. Eligibility
5.1 Games and Promotions are open only to persons aged 18 years or over.
5.2 By entering or playing a Game, you confirm that you:
are at least 18 years old;
have the legal capacity to enter;
are using your own Account and your own payment method;
have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions;
are not prohibited from participating by law or by these Terms;
are resident in a jurisdiction where it is lawful for you to participate and for us to promote the relevant Game or Promotion and award the Prize to you.
5.3 Employees, contractors, directors, agents and immediate family members of Prime Competitions may not enter or play Games unless expressly authorised in writing by the Promoter.
5.4 Entries on behalf of another person are not accepted. Joint entries are not permitted.
5.5 We reserve the right to require proof of age, identity, address, payment method ownership, Account ownership, eligibility and any other documentation reasonably required before allowing participation, validating an Entry or awarding a Prize.
5.6 We may refuse, suspend, restrict or close an Account or Entry where we reasonably believe that participation is unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, excessive, irresponsible or contrary to these Terms.
6. Account Registration and Security
6.1 In order to enter or play most Games, you must create an Account on the Platform.
6.2 You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including a valid email address, telephone number, date of birth and any other information requested by the Promoter.
6.3 You are responsible for keeping your password, login details and device access secure and confidential at all times.
6.4 You must not share your Account, password, login details, payment method, address, identity details or access to the Platform with any other person.
6.5 Only one Account is permitted per person and per household unless expressly authorised by Prime Competitions in writing.
6.6 You must immediately notify us if you believe or suspect that another person has accessed your Account, obtained your password, used your payment details or entered or played Games without your authority.
6.7 We reserve the right to suspend, close, restrict, merge or investigate Accounts where duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, free-entry abuse, chargeback abuse, automated entries, VPN usage, proxy usage, payment abuse, bonus abuse, Credit abuse or manipulation of Games is suspected.
6.8 If an Account is closed, suspended or restricted due to suspected breach of these Terms, any Entries, Credits, instant wins or Prizes connected to that Account may be withheld pending investigation.
7. Paid Online Entries: Tickets, Spins, Plays and Reveals
7.1 To enter online, you must follow the on-screen instructions, select the relevant Game, choose the number of Tickets, Spins, Plays or Reveals where applicable, provide payment details or use eligible Credits, confirm your acceptance of these Terms, and complete any declaration, confirmation or eligibility step required by the product page.
7.2 The Platform may use the words Tickets, Entries, Spins, Plays, Reveals or similar terms. These are entry allocations or Game interactions only. They are not money, do not have cash value, cannot be withdrawn and do not guarantee a Prize.
7.3 Pricing, Ticket limits, Spin limits, entry limits, Prize details, odds information, closing dates, Final Draw dates and promotional information will be displayed on the Platform and may vary between Games.
7.4 An Entry is not confirmed until payment has been approved, the relevant Credits have been accepted, or the Entry otherwise appears in your Account or is confirmed by the Platform or by email.
7.5 Once a transaction has been completed and Entries, Tickets, Spins, Plays or Reveals have been submitted, used or allocated, the transaction is final, except where a refund is required by law or provided under these Terms.
8. Free Postal Entry Route
8.1 Where a Game or Promotion offers a paid online route, Prime Competitions will also offer a free postal entry route unless the product page clearly states that the Promotion is entirely free, no-purchase, or otherwise does not require a free postal route.
8.2 To enter by free postal entry, you must first create an Account on the Platform and then send a separate unenclosed postcard for each Entry to: Prime Competitions, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, or any alternative postal address stated on the Platform.
8.3 Each postcard must clearly include:
the Game or Promotion name;
the product reference, Game number or other identifying details if shown on the Platform;
your full name;
your date of birth;
your postal address;
your email address registered to your Account;
your contact telephone number;
any required declaration, eligibility step or product-specific instruction, where applicable;
a clear statement that you wish to enter via the free postal entry route;
where relevant, whether you wish the Free Entry to be processed as a Ticket, Spin, Play, Reveal or other product-specific Entry.
8.4 Each valid Free Entry will be treated in the same way as a paid online Entry and will have the same chance of winning as a paid online Entry for the same Game or Promotion, subject to the same entry limits, eligibility requirements, product mechanics and closing dates.
8.5 For Spin To Win, Loot Spin, Pinata, Reveal or similar promotional Games, the Promoter may process a valid Free Entry by allocating an equivalent Spin, Play, Reveal or outcome on behalf of the entrant using the same system logic or an equivalent fair process used for paid online Entries. If the Entry wins, the entrant will be notified using the contact details provided.
8.6 Each Free Entry must be sent separately. Bulk entries, entries in the same envelope, hand-delivered entries, illegible entries, incomplete entries, automated entries, photocopied entries, entries sent by courier, entries that do not identify the relevant Game or Promotion, or entries suspected of fraud, abuse or manipulation may be rejected.
8.7 First-class or second-class postage must be paid by the entrant. No preference is given based on postage class.
8.8 Free Entries must be received by the Promoter before the relevant Game or Promotion closes. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Free Entries received after a Game has closed, sold out or expired will not be accepted.
8.9 Where a Game is capable of closing or selling out quickly, the Promoter may take reasonable steps to maintain a genuine free entry route, including setting a Promotion Period, processing postal entries during the Promotion Period, reserving capacity, or using another fair operational process appropriate to the relevant Game.
8.10 Unless the product page states a lower limit for both paid and free entries, the same maximum number of Free Entries is allowed as the maximum number of paid online Entries available to an entrant for the relevant Game or Promotion.
8.11 Free entry route information should be read together with the relevant product page. If a Game requires a declaration, eligibility step or product-specific instruction, a Free Entry must satisfy that requirement to be valid.
9. Entry Confirmation, Allocation and Limits
9.1 Entries, Tickets, Spins, Plays or Reveals may be allocated randomly, sequentially, automatically or by another fair process determined by the Promoter and described or reflected on the Platform.
9.2 You will not be deemed entered into a Game until your Entry is confirmed by the Platform, appears in your Account or is otherwise confirmed by us.
9.3 Each Game may have minimum and maximum entry numbers, Ticket numbers, Spin numbers, Prize quantities, time limits, entry limits and per-user limits as stated on the Platform.
9.4 If a Game sells out, closes, expires or is suspended before a Free Entry is received and processed, no further Entries will be accepted for that Game, subject to any additional product-specific rules displayed on the Platform.
9.5 We may refuse, disqualify, void or cancel any Entry where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached, fraud or manipulation has occurred, the entrant is ineligible, payment has failed or been reversed, entries were generated by automated means, or the integrity or fairness of the Game may be compromised.
10. Declarations, Entry Steps and Eligibility Requirements
10.1 Some Games may require entrants to complete a declaration, confirm eligibility, accept product-specific terms or satisfy another entry step before an Entry, Ticket, Spin, Play or Reveal is treated as valid.
10.2 Only Entries that satisfy the requirements stated on the relevant product page will be eligible to win, be processed through the promotional Game mechanic, or be entered into the relevant Final Draw, unless the product page states otherwise.
10.3 Any required declaration or eligibility step does not give the participant any skill-based control, strategic control, judgment-based control, timing advantage or decision-making influence over the outcome of a Game or Final Draw.
10.4 The Promoter’s decision on eligibility steps, valid Entries, Game processing, Prize allocation and winner selection is final, subject to any non-excludable statutory rights.
11. Games Culminating in a Final Draw
11.1 Some Games culminate in a Final Draw. Participants enter the Game, receive or use the relevant Tickets, Entries, Spins, Plays or Reveals, and then wait for the Final Draw or other stated winner selection process to determine the winning Entry.
11.2 Where a Game culminates in a Final Draw, the Prize Winner is selected randomly from all valid Entries, Tickets, numbers or entry identifiers eligible for that Game.
11.3 The Final Draw may be conducted using the four-drum air-powered draw machine, a gravity ball machine, random selection software, automated ticket draw, random number generator, manual draw, independent service provider or another fair randomised selection method determined by the Promoter.
11.4 The Promoter may livestream Final Draws on social media, the Platform or another channel, but a livestream is not required unless expressly stated on the product page.
11.5 If a livestream, ball machine, random number generator, system, camera, network, device or other process fails or is interrupted, the Promoter may pause, restart, repeat, re-run or complete the Final Draw using the same or an alternative fair method.
12. Instant Win Games and Promotional Game Mechanics
12.1 Prime Competitions may operate instant win Games and promotional Game mechanics. These products are intended to allocate outcomes wholly by chance, including instantly, randomly, automatically, or through pre-determined winning Entries, prize pools, Ticket numbers, timings, Game states or equivalent fair chance-based mechanisms.
12.2 This category may include the following Game mechanics. They are grouped under this section rather than treated as separate product terms:
Instant Wins: Prizes may be attached to pre-determined winning Tickets, moments, numbers or other allocation points. The participant cannot influence whether their Entry corresponds with a winning allocation point. An on-screen win is provisional until verified by the Promoter.
Spin To Win: Entrants may receive one or more Spins on a virtual wheel. The wheel animation is for display only and does not itself determine the outcome unless the product page says otherwise. The actual outcome is determined wholly by the Platform system or equivalent fair chance-based allocation process, and not by the timing, speed, action or skill of the participant.
Loot Spin: Entrants may receive a Spin, Play or Reveal that allocates a result from a prize pool or outcome pool on a chance basis. The prize pool, available rewards or headline prizes may be displayed on the product page.
Pinatas: Entrants may open, break or reveal a virtual Pinata. The result is allocated by the Platform system on a chance basis and may be a Prize, Credit, bonus, Entry, no-win outcome or other reward stated on the product page.
Reveal, Scratch, Treasure, Mystery Box, Bonus Game and Seasonal Game Mechanics: Entrants may receive a Play, Reveal or interaction that displays a result allocated wholly by the Platform system or equivalent fair chance-based process.
Add-On Features and Bonus Mechanics: The Platform may offer optional bonus features, multipliers, bonus Tickets, bonus Spins, prize boosts or similar add-ons where clearly described on the product page.
12.3 Each paid online Entry into an instant win Game or promotional Game may have a corresponding Free Entry route where required by these Terms and the product page.
12.4 Any instant win, Spin, Play, Reveal or Game outcome displayed on-screen, by email or within an Account is provisional until verified by the Promoter.
12.5 We may withhold, cancel, void, reclaim or reallocate any Prize, Credit or Game outcome where a technical error, software malfunction, server issue, display error, duplicate award, payment failure, chargeback, fraud, abuse, account breach or breach of these Terms is suspected.
12.6 If an instant win Game or promotional Game is affected by system error, incorrect Prize allocation, duplicated Prize allocation, odds display error, stock error, unauthorised access or another issue affecting fairness, we may suspend, amend, void, restart, correct or otherwise manage the affected Game or Entries to preserve fairness and integrity.
13. Draw Mechanism and Random Selection
13.1 Certain Games operated by Prime Competitions may determine winning Entries through a physical random draw mechanism. Where this mechanism is used, the Final Draw is intended to operate wholly by chance.
13.2 Where this method is used, the winning Entry will be selected through a four-drum air-powered draw machine operated by Prime Competitions or its authorised representatives.
13.3 The draw machine consists of four independent drums. Each drum contains ten numbered balls ranging from 0 to 9. One ball is selected at random from each drum to generate a four-digit winning sequence between 0000 and 9999.
13.4 The resulting sequence shall constitute the official winning number or winning entry identifier for the relevant Game or Promotion.
13.5 The outcome of any Final Draw conducted using the four-drum draw machine is determined solely by the random selection of balls from the machine.
13.6 The four-drum draw machine is designed so that the outcome of the Final Draw is determined entirely by the random selection of numbered balls.
13.7 Once an Entry, Ticket, Spin, Play, Reveal or other participation mechanism has been allocated, no participant skill, knowledge, judgment, strategy, physical action, timing, decision-making or other player conduct can influence, improve or otherwise affect the outcome of the Final Draw.
13.8 As a result, the winner selection process operates solely through a randomised chance-based mechanism and not through any assessment of participant skill, merit, knowledge, judgment or ability.
13.9 Prime Competitions intends that Games utilising the four-drum draw machine are conducted through a randomised chance-based winner selection process.
13.10 The purpose of the draw mechanism is to ensure that all valid Entries participate on an equal basis and that winning outcomes are determined exclusively by random selection rather than by participant skill, knowledge, judgment, strategy or experience.
13.11 All valid Entries accepted into a Game shall be treated equally within the Final Draw process.
13.12 Entries obtained through a paid entry route and Entries obtained through an approved free postal entry route shall participate on the same basis and shall not receive any preferential treatment, weighting, enhancement or disadvantage within the draw mechanism.
13.13 Where a Game utilises the four-drum draw machine described above, the theoretical probability of matching the exact four-digit winning sequence is one (1) in ten thousand (10,000) per individual Entry.
13.14 This probability is provided for illustrative and transparency purposes only. The overall probability of winning a Game may differ where entry limits apply, multiple prizes are available, additional promotional mechanics are used, bonus prizes are included, promotional enhancements are offered, or fewer than all possible number combinations are allocated.
13.15 Prime Competitions reserves the right to utilise alternative randomised winner selection methods, including certified random number generation software, automated draw systems, gravity ball machines, electronic draw systems or other independently verifiable random selection processes where operationally necessary.
13.16 Where an alternative method is used, the winner shall still be determined through a process designed to ensure fairness, randomness and equal treatment of all valid Entries.
14. Closing Dates, Final Draw Dates and Game Changes
14.1 Each Game will run for the period stated on the relevant product page unless closed early, sold out, suspended, cancelled, restarted or amended in accordance with these Terms.
14.2 A Game may close when the stated closing time is reached, when all available Entries, Tickets, Spins, Plays or Reveals have been taken, or when another closing condition stated on the product page occurs.
14.3 Where a guaranteed Final Draw date is displayed, we will use reasonable efforts to conduct the Final Draw on that date. We may amend the Final Draw date where operational, technical, legal, payment, supplier, platform or fairness issues reasonably require it.
14.4 We may extend, amend, suspend, cancel, restart or close a Game early where reasonably necessary to preserve fairness, comply with law, address technical issues, manage supplier availability, prevent fraud, or protect the integrity of the Platform.
14.5 Where a Game is cancelled, we will notify affected entrants using the contact details available to us and will provide a refund, Credit or other reasonable remedy in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
15. Winner Selection, Contact and Verification
15.1 Unless the product page states otherwise, there may be one main Prize Winner for a Game, together with any instant win, bonus, add-on or additional Prize Winners described on the product page.
15.2 We will make reasonable efforts to contact Prize Winners using the telephone number, email address or Account details provided at the time of Entry. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure those details are accurate, up to date and complete.
15.3 If we are unable to contact a Prize Winner within five (5) calendar days of the relevant win or Final Draw, or the Prize Winner fails to provide requested verification, fails to accept the Prize, is found to be ineligible, or is found to have breached these Terms, we may withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner where legally permitted.
15.4 We may extend the response or verification period at our discretion.
15.5 No Prize shall be released until we are satisfied that the Prize Winner has complied with these Terms and completed all reasonable verification checks.
15.6 We may require proof of age, identity, address, Account ownership, payment method ownership, bank account ownership, eligibility, delivery details and any other documentation reasonably required before awarding or releasing a Prize.
15.7 Ownership and risk in a Prize shall pass to the Prize Winner only upon confirmed delivery, collection, transfer or release of the Prize, unless expressly stated otherwise.
16. Prize Payment and Bank Verification
16.1 Where a monetary Prize or cash alternative is offered, payment will only be made to the verified personal bank account of the named Prize Winner unless we expressly agree otherwise and it is lawful to do so.
16.2 We may require evidence that the bank account belongs to the Prize Winner before releasing payment.
16.3 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be assigned, gifted, sold, exchanged or paid to another person unless the product page expressly states otherwise or the Promoter agrees in writing.
16.4 We may withhold payment or Prize release until all verification has been completed to our satisfaction.
17. Prize Details, Availability and Substitution
17.1 Prize details will be displayed on the relevant product page. Images, videos, descriptions, specifications, colours, models, packaging and promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only unless expressly stated otherwise.
17.2 Prizes are selected by the Promoter, its directors or authorised representatives and may be owned, sourced, purchased, ordered, booked or fulfilled before, during or after the relevant Game.
17.3 If a Prize becomes unavailable, delayed, discontinued, damaged, stolen, cancelled, withdrawn, restricted or otherwise incapable of being supplied, we may provide a substitute Prize of equal or greater value, a cash alternative, Credit or another reasonable remedy at our discretion.
17.4 Cash alternatives are not offered unless expressly stated on the product page or offered at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
17.5 All Prizes are subject to the terms, conditions, warranties, restrictions and requirements of any manufacturer, supplier, retailer, travel provider, hotel, venue, event organiser or third-party provider involved in providing or fulfilling the Prize.
17.6 We take no responsibility for a Prize after confirmed delivery, collection, booking, transfer or release, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
17.7 No insurance is included with any Prize unless expressly stated on the product page.
17.8 All entrant and winner expenses are the sole responsibility of the entrant or Prize Winner unless expressly stated otherwise.
18. Delivery, Collection and Storage
18.1 Following verification, we will contact the Prize Winner to arrange delivery, collection, booking, transfer or release of the Prize.
18.2 Delivery times, collection dates, booking dates and supplier fulfilment dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
18.3 The Prize Winner must cooperate with all reasonable delivery, collection, booking and verification requirements.
18.4 If a Prize Winner provides incorrect delivery, booking or contact information, we shall not be liable for any resulting loss, delay or failure to deliver the Prize.
18.5 We may store a Prize for up to 30 days after notifying the Prize Winner. If a Prize must be stored for longer, storage may be at the Prize Winner’s cost, where reasonable and lawful.
19. Holidays, Getaways and Travel Prizes
19.1 Where a Prize includes a holiday, getaway, travel package, hotel stay, flight, accommodation, trip, event travel or similar travel-related benefit, the Prize Winner accepts the Prize subject to all supplier, airline, hotel, venue and travel provider terms and conditions.
19.2 Prize Winners and travelling companions are responsible for valid passports, visas, travel authorisations, vaccinations, medical requirements, travel insurance, spending money, transfers unless stated, airport parking, baggage fees unless stated, resort fees, deposits, incidentals, accessibility requirements and compliance with airline, hotel, venue and government requirements.
19.3 We accept no liability for cancelled flights, delayed flights, missed flights, missed departures, airline insolvency, hotel closures, hotel overbooking, supplier cancellation, weather disruption, strikes, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, border closures, denied boarding, visa refusal, passport issues, lost luggage, travel disruption, changes made by hotels, airlines or experience providers, or any other matter outside our reasonable control.
19.4 Once a travel Prize has been booked, it is final. Changes to dates, passenger details, hotel, destination, flights, experiences or other arrangements will not be accommodated unless the supplier agrees and the Prize Winner pays any associated charges.
19.5 If the Prize Winner or travelling companion is unable to travel for any reason, the Prize may be forfeited and no alternative Prize, refund or compensation will be offered unless required by law or agreed by the Promoter.
20. Experiences, Events and Activity Prizes
20.1 Where a Prize includes an experience, activity, event, ticket, driving experience, sport, leisure activity, hospitality package, concert, festival, restaurant booking or similar Prize, the Prize Winner accepts the Prize subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier, venue, organiser or provider.
20.2 Participation in experiences, events and activities is entirely at the Prize Winner’s and guest’s own risk, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
20.3 Prize Winners and guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically, physically and legally capable of taking part and for complying with all safety instructions, age restrictions, height restrictions, weight restrictions, dress codes, alcohol policies and venue rules.
20.4 We accept no liability for injury, illness, death, accident, allergic reaction, cancellation, postponement, refusal of entry, ejection from venue, travel disruption, change of performer, change of schedule or other loss arising from participation in or attendance at any third-party experience, activity or event, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. Third-Party Suppliers
21.1 Prizes may be supplied, fulfilled, booked, delivered or administered by independent third parties.
21.2 Prime Competitions acts as the promoter and, where applicable, arranger of the Prize only. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, insolvency, service failures, cancellations, delays, restrictions, terms or conditions of third-party suppliers except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
21.3 Any dispute regarding supplier services, warranties, defects, availability or performance may need to be addressed directly with the relevant supplier, manufacturer, retailer, venue, hotel, airline, travel provider or experience provider.
22. Vehicle Prizes
22.1 Where a Prize is a vehicle, motorbike, van, caravan, boat or similar item, the Prize may be used, pre-owned, ex-display or have mileage unless expressly stated as new.
22.2 Prize Winners are responsible for insurance, tax, registration, fuel, maintenance, servicing, MOT, repairs, storage, transport, roadworthiness after delivery and all ongoing costs unless expressly stated otherwise.
22.3 We do not guarantee future mechanical condition, performance, resale value, suitability, warranty coverage or running costs after delivery or collection except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
23. Technology, Electronics and Physical Goods
23.1 Physical goods, technology, appliances, electronics and other products are supplied subject to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty, if any.
23.2 We are not responsible for faults, defects, accidental damage, misuse, compatibility issues, software updates, manufacturer recall, depreciation or loss after confirmed delivery or collection, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
24. Site Credits, Wallet Credit and Promotional Credit
24.1 The Promoter may, at its discretion, credit a Customer Account with wallet credit, site credit, promotional credit, bonus credit, refunded credit, cashback credit or other Account credit ("Credit").
24.2 Credit may only be used to purchase Entries or participate in eligible Games and Platform products unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.
24.3 Credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, sold, assigned to another person or used outside the Platform, except where required by law.
24.4 Unless otherwise stated when the Credit is awarded, Credit may expire after the expiry period displayed in the Account or communicated by the Promoter.
24.5 We reserve the right to withdraw, reverse, cancel or adjust Credit that has been awarded in error, obtained through fraud, abuse of promotions, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, technical malfunction or any breach of these Terms.
24.6 Credit cannot be used to avoid eligibility, identity, fraud or payment checks.
25. Refunds and Returns
25.1 Except where required by law, Entries, Tickets, Spins, Plays, Reveals, bonus features and promotional Game interactions are final and non-refundable once submitted, used or allocated.
25.2 A refund may be provided at the discretion of the Promoter where duplicate payment occurs, Entries are submitted after the closing date, the Promoter cancels a Game, or another exceptional circumstance applies.
25.3 Where refunds are issued, they will normally be returned to the original payment method or provided as Credit, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
25.4 Refunds will not normally be provided because an entrant changed their mind, failed to read these Terms, failed verification, missed a Final Draw, did not win, did not like an outcome, lost a Spin, received a no-win result, or is unable to claim or use a Prize.
26. Winner Publicity and Personal Data
26.1 By accepting a Prize, Prize Winners agree to reasonably cooperate with promotional activity relating to the relevant Game or Promotion. This may include photography, video content, interviews and use of the Prize Winner’s name, image, likeness, town or region, social media username and Prize details across Prime Competitions marketing channels.
26.2 We will aim to keep publicity reasonable, respectful and proportionate. If a Prize Winner has specific concerns or limitations, they should discuss these with us as soon as possible.
26.3 We may publish winner details where required by law, regulation, advertising rules or to demonstrate that a valid award took place.
26.4 Personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
27. Responsible Participation
27.1 Games and Promotions should be entered and played responsibly and only by persons aged 18 or over.
27.2 You should not spend more than you can afford and should not use Games as a source of income, investment, financial planning or debt recovery.
27.3 We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or close Accounts where we reasonably believe use of the Platform may be harmful, excessive, abusive, irresponsible or otherwise inappropriate.
27.4 We may apply entry limits, spend limits, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion-style restrictions, Account closures or other protective measures at our discretion.
28. Fraud, Abuse, Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
28.1 You must not use the Platform in a fraudulent, abusive, manipulative, automated, unlawful or disruptive manner.
28.2 We may investigate, suspend, void, withhold, cancel, reclaim or reallocate Entries, Credits, winnings or Prizes where we reasonably suspect:
duplicate accounts;
account sharing;
underage entry;
false identity or false address;
payment irregularity;
unauthorised payment use;
chargeback activity;
bonus or promotional abuse;
free-entry abuse;
automated entries, bots, scripts or scraping;
VPN, proxy or location manipulation;
technical exploitation or bug abuse;
collusion or manipulation of Games;
breach of these Terms.
28.3 If you dispute any payment, you should contact us immediately to discuss the issue before submitting a chargeback where possible.
28.4 Where a payment is reversed, disputed, refunded, charged back or otherwise unpaid after Entries have been allocated, we may cancel Entries, void winnings, suspend Accounts, remove Credits, recover Prizes, recover losses and share relevant information with payment providers, fraud prevention agencies and legal authorities where permitted by law.
28.5 In the event of an unjustified chargeback, we may seek recovery of the Entry costs, chargeback fees, banking fees, debt recovery costs, legal fees and reasonable losses incurred in connection with the chargeback, where permitted by law.
29. Electronic Communications, Technical Failures and System Errors
29.1 We accept no liability for failed, partial, delayed, corrupted or garbled network connections, device failures, telecommunications failures, computer failures, electronic failures, internet failures, hardware or software malfunctions, payment gateway failures, service provider actions or omissions, traffic congestion, unauthorised access, cyber attacks, data migration errors or other technical issues outside our reasonable control.
29.2 If a Prize is awarded incorrectly due to hardware, software, website, payment, live Final Draw, instant win, promotional Game, administrative or human error, we reserve the right, without admission of liability, to reclaim the Prize and award it to the correct entrant where legally permitted.
29.3 Only Entries recorded in our systems will be accepted into a Game, regardless of screenshots, emails, website displays, third-party records or other evidence suggesting otherwise.
29.4 In the event of software malfunction, website downtime, livestream interruption, corrupted Entries, payment gateway failure, cyber attack, duplicated Entries, accidental mispricing, incorrect Game data, Ticket allocation error, Spin allocation error, instant win error, promotional Game error or other system error, we may suspend, amend, cancel, restart, correct or redraw the relevant Game or Final Draw where reasonably required to preserve fairness and integrity.

31.2 You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, following opt-out instructions in our messages, updating your preferences where available, or contacting us at [email protected].
31.3 Opting out of marketing communications will not prevent us from sending important service messages relating to your Account, Entries, payments, Game results, Final Draw results, Prize claims, verification, fraud prevention, legal obligations or other essential communications.
32. Use of the Platform
32.1 The Platform, Games and Promotions are for personal, non-commercial use only.
32.2 You must only use your own Account and must not use the Platform in an unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful or disruptive manner.
32.3 You must not upload, transmit or attempt to transmit viruses, malicious code, automated scripts, bots, scraping tools, excessive requests or any content or activity that may harm the Platform, software, IT systems, Promoter, entrants or third parties.
32.4 You must not hack, reverse engineer, decompile, overload, interfere with, copy, scrape, manipulate, bypass security, exploit bugs or otherwise misuse the Platform or any systems connected to it.
32.5 You agree to indemnify Prime Competitions against losses, costs, damages, expenses, claims and legal proceedings arising from your unlawful, wrongful, negligent or unauthorised use of your Account, the Platform, software, systems, Games or Promotions.
32.6 There is no guarantee that the Platform will display correctly on all devices, browsers or operating systems.
33. Intellectual Property
33.1 Prime Competitionz Limited is the owner or licensee of all copyright, trademarks, branding, logos, trade names, source identifiers, website content, Game content, promotional content, graphics, text, photographs, videos and other intellectual property rights used on or in connection with the Platform, Games and Promotions.
33.2 You must not copy, reproduce, disclose, transmit, distribute, exploit, remove, obscure or change any material, copyright notice, trademark notice or other proprietary notice obtained from or displayed on the Platform without prior written consent.
33.3 Third-party trademarks used on the Platform are used for identification purposes only and may be the property of their respective owners.
33.4 Prime Competitionz Limited has traded under the name Prime Competitions since 2023 in connection with online promotional games, prize promotions, prize draws and instant win games. The name Prime Competitions, associated branding, domain, social media presence and related goodwill are the intellectual property of Prime Competitionz Limited. We reserve all rights to take action against unauthorised use of confusingly similar names, branding, domains, logos or trading styles.
34. Limits of Liability
34.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
34.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Competitions shall not be liable for indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, disappointment, emotional distress, reputational loss, third-party costs or losses arising from matters outside its reasonable control.
34.3 The maximum aggregate liability of Prime Competitions to any entrant or Prize Winner shall be limited to the value of the relevant Prize or, where no Prize has been won, the total amount paid by that entrant for the relevant Game Entries, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
34.4 We shall not be liable for any Prize after confirmed delivery, collection, booking or transfer except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
35. Changes to these Terms and the Platform
35.1 We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time and will post the current version on the Platform.
35.2 The Terms and Conditions in force at the time of Entry will normally apply to that Entry, unless changes are required by law, regulation, security, fairness, fraud prevention or operational necessity.
35.3 By continuing to access or use the Platform after updated Terms and Conditions are published, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
35.4 We may update, change, suspend or withdraw Platform features, products, Games, mechanics, Prizes, entry limits, pricing and Promotions from time to time.

37.1 If we fail or delay enforcing any provision of these Terms, this shall not prevent us from enforcing that provision later.

37.3 You may not assign, transfer or otherwise deal with your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
37.4 We may assign, transfer, subcontract or otherwise deal with our rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor, purchaser, group company, service provider or third party where reasonably necessary.
37.5 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Prime Competitions regarding the subject matter of these Terms and supersede and replace any prior terms, statements or agreements relating to that subject matter.
37.6 A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce any provision under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 unless expressly stated otherwise.
37.7 We will not be liable for delay or failure to perform any obligation where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, labour disputes, utility failures, telecommunications failures, cyber attacks, pandemics, government action, riots, terrorism, war, embargoes, supplier failure or transport disruption.
37.8 The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Such links are provided for convenience only and we are not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, products or services of third-party websites.
